Project Data
Project Title: Genially
Tools Used in Development: Genially, Canva
Time in Development: 9 weeks
Role: Research, storyboard, script, graphic design, development, publishing

Each room (or challenge) represented a different era or significant event, incorporating multimedia elements like audio clips, archival photos, and trivia.

Rise 360 Course
Project Data
Project Title: Preparing for a Long Training Ride
Tools Used in Development: Canva, Rise 360
Time in Development: 2 weeks
Role: Research, storyboard, script, graphic design, development
Client: SG Endurance Training
Case Study
Context: The company specializes in training its clients in endurance events such as marathons, century bike rides, and triathlons. In addition to training, the company also emphasizes proper nutrition and body health.
Challenge: The company needed a short, interactive resource that had the flexibility to be used as a quick dive into their training concepts at the beginning of instruction, as a resource throughout the program, or as a review at the end. They also needed an infographic to assist clients at home as they implemented the lessons taught throughout their training.
Solution: The course allows learners to navigate through the process of planning their ride by providing information every step of the way. The information reinforces the lessons taught by the company in their training sessions and is presented in a way where the client can navigate the course independently. The infographic mirrors the lessons within the course.
Result: The clients have expressed appreciation for having the information available outside of the company's training sessions. The company is pleased to have resources to help its clients be successful in their endurance events.
Genially eLearning
Project Data
Project Title: WSMA Honors Chair: Events & Timeline
Tools Used in Development: Genially, Canva
Time in Development: 2 weeks
Role: SME, Design, Storyboard, Development, Final Product
Client: Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA)
Case Study
Context: Within the Honors Project, the members of the Administration team rotate every 2 years. The new Chair comes with 6 years of background knowledge and experience. This training is very specific for the role.
Challenge: The client had no on-board training materials for the 2-year rotation. This created a 'sink or swim' environment, not ideal for the high-end experience the project produces. The new Admin is presented with a drive containing more than a decade's worth of documents to update and reuse. It has been a challenge to organize and present the files in a way that makes essential information easy to find. The Admin needs to sift through and find what they need without any direction.
Solution: A simple timeline interactive job aid was created to best serve the Chair of the project. The asset outlines events throughout the year and ongoing projects to be completed. The Chair simply needs to click for information and links to the necessary documents. In the version owned by the client, the links to past data and documents are live. A similar course was also designed for the Chair-Elect, ensuring every rotating position has a clear vision and timeline.
Result: A clean and simple interactive job aid to assist the new Chair complete a successful term.
