Case Study

Context:  Hiring Managers want to know the process, challenges, solutions, and results of accomplishments when interviewing a potential employee.

Challenge:  While the client provided the research, script, and voiceover, they needed a design. The idea was to create a 2-minute video highlighting the interview method.

Solution:  The video was designed to present the method visually and aurally. It will be included in future training and available online.  It gives an overview of the method and details on each of the four steps.  

Result:  The method intends to help potential employees better showcase their skills and processes when explaining accomplishments during a job interview.
